Reason 1 : Faulty Charger
Description: The charger may be damaged or not working properly, preventing the battery from charging.

Actions:

Check the charger status:

Action: Inspect the charger for signs of visible damage such as frayed cables or broken connectors.
Try another charger:

Action: If possible, use another compatible charger to see if the issue persists. If the scooter charges with another charger, it is likely that your charger is faulty.

Reason 2 : Damaged Charging Port
Description: The charging port on the scooter may be damaged, preventing a proper connection between the charger and the battery.

Actions:

Inspect the charging port:

Action: Check the charging port for signs of damage, dirt or corrosion.
Clean the charging port:

Action: Make sure the charging port is clean and free of debris. Use compressed air or a small brush to gently clean the port.
Check the connections:

Action: Make sure the connections inside the charging port are secure and not loose.

Reason 3 : Defective Battery
Description: If the charger and charging port are fine, the problem may be with the battery itself. A faulty or worn-out battery may not charge properly.

Actions:

Test the battery:

Action: Use a multimeter to check the battery voltage. If the voltage is very low or nonexistent, it may indicate that the battery is defective.
Reset the battery:

Action: Check your scooter's manual to see if there is a battery reset procedure. (To our knowledge, only Xiaomi scooters have this feature.)
Replace the battery:

Action: If the battery still does not charge after checking the charger and charging port, it is likely that the battery is defective and requires replacement.
