75 Engine problem

When the motor problem is displayed on your scooter, it is important to check the condition of the motor cable , because a fault at this level can cause a major malfunction.

Checks to be carried out:

Visually inspect the motor cable : Look for signs of wear, cuts, or crushing that may indicate a short circuit or broken internal connections.

Turn the engine by hand :

  • If the motor vibrates , strains , or does not turn freely , it usually means there is a short circuit in the phases .
  • A short circuit occurs when the three large phase cables (yellow, blue, green) touch each other , either outside the motor (in the wiring) or inside the motor itself.

Possible solutions:

🔧 Repair or replace the motor cable :

  • Repair is possible, but it is complex and expensive , as it involves disassembling the engine and redoing the internal welds.
  • If the cables are severely damaged or the repair proves too complicated, it is often best to replace the motor completely to ensure optimum reliability and safety.
