69 E-7: Hall effect sensor fault
E-7: Hall effect sensor fault
- To check the motor operation, spin it by hand. If you feel a vibration, this likely indicates a problem with the motor (and/or its wiring) or the controller. Then disconnect the motor from the controller and spin it by hand again. If the wheel becomes smoother and spins freely without vibration, the problem is with the controller.
other solution:
- Disconnect and reconnect the motor cables. If the error persists, replace the motor. If the error persists after replacing the motor, replace the controller.
